We provide ongoing logistical support, principally at high profile conference venues around the country, for a Government Department responsible for public service leadership training and development.
The requirement is to store and maintain a range of exhibition support equipment including high quality graphics, display stands, promotional brochures and audio-visual hardware; deliver to the venue at the appointed time, set-up as appropriate and prepare everything for the client prior to the start of the event. At the end of the event our team help dismantle everything, load it all up and return everything to base where it's checked and put back into storage in readiness for the next event.
Key to the success of the event is the layout and presentation of the display equipment. Commenting on our efforts at one recent event the client had this to say:
