Positive feedback
A very big thank-you to everyone who completed our on-line customer feedback questionnaire earlier this month.
The results were overwhelmingly positive and whilst we don't want to get too carried away with the statistics, a top-line summary of the tick box responses is shown below:

**The results shouldn't be compared by area of activity as the questions in some areas of activity were deliberately phrased so as to make it harder to score "very positive" than in others.
We also received some very positive feedback in the free text questions but a fairly emphatic (64%) "No" to receiving an EC Group newsletter in either hard-copy or electronic format.
This feedback is very valuable to us as we strive to deliver excellence across a range of services. However you read it, it's positive but that won't stop us trying to make things even better in 2008.
