Central Office of Information (COI)
The Central Office of Information (COI) has concluded the review of its direct and relationship marketing roster with the appointment of operational companies. The final category completed includes field marketing, contact centres, mailing houses and data suppliers. EC Group has been selected as a rostered Mailing and Fulfilment Agency.
All companies faced strict selection criteria, including financial soundness and public sector experience. Marc Michaels, Director of Direct and Relationship Marketing, is confident that the review has produced a comprehensive roster that provides access to highest quality companies to meet the challenges across the large range of COI's clients' requirements.
COI is the Government's centre of excellence in marketing communications, working with Whitehall departments and public bodies to produce information campaigns on issues that affect the lives of every citizen – from health and education to benefits, rights and welfare.
